About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance of purchasing and logistics activities
  • Lead procurement projects focusing on eProcurement and process optimization
  • Act as a key representative in cross-functional business initiatives
  • Drive change management for new processes and tools
  • Develop and deliver training programs for user capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ~3-5 years of professional experience in Information Systems or Procurement
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Advanced expertise in project management is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of SAP MM
  • Familiarity with other eProcurement tools is a plus
  • SAP customizing experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (both mandatory)
  • Highly organized and structured work approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, and resilient mindset
