About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute Motor & Generator Service work according to agreed workflows
Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers
Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis
Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers
Coordinates, prepares and ensures all materials, parts and equipment are available
Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative
Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed
Applies safety rules and safe practices and reports unsafe practices and incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

University, vocational school or associate degree with electrical
At least 2 years of service technician experience in electrical industry
Basic knowledge of vibration and rotating equipment
Good command of English skills
Turkish language is must
MS Office skills is a must
Dynamic and enthusiastic profile with continuous-development mindset
Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates
Current car driving license (type B)
