Finance Manager – Business Line NEMA

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a business partner to the NEMA Business Line manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance.
- Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
- Recommend the most appropriate business solutions.
- Drive and improve financial performance of the business line NEMA per the division targets.
- Lead, provide guidance, and facilitate best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency.
- Secure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 or more years experience as a senior finance manager (Operations & Sales)
- You enjoy working in a global environment
- Bring a hands on approach while driving strategic moves to improve financials
- Experienced in leading and international team from different functional backgrounds.
- Degree in finance (Masters preferred but not required)
- You are at ease communicating in English with senior management (i.e. Division President & CFO)
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
