About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive service sales processes and generate service sales opportunities.
- Secure profitable sales within the designated areas.
- Focus on Installed Base (IB) of Motion products.
- Promote various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions.
- Understand the channel strategy and establish related prices.
- Prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Execute workshop orders and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Conduct service activities onsite, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of drives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports documenting service activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sound knowledge of industrial automation products and systems – drives, motors, PLCs and Instrumentation.
- Experience in sales of industrial products and services will be a plus but is not mandatory.
- Ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Bulgarian knowledge is a must.
- Electrical, mechanical or automation engineer.
- Ability to work with time constrains and willing to travel.
- Experienced driver with clean driving license.
