Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end accountability for Legal & Integrity fiduciary duties
Serve as a trusted advisor on governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic legal matters
Monitor legal affairs including litigations and activity reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience (10+ years) as a qualified lawyer in Belgium or the Netherlands
LLM or equivalent degree from a recognized university
Expertise in contract review, drafting, negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate secretarial duties
Proven track record in driving compliance with GDPR and corporate governance
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects
Outstanding communication skills in English, Dutch, and French
