Develop and implement policies and procedures
Manage risks and audits
Provide training and guidance to teams
Lead Local Trade Compliance Officers
Ensure effective use of compliance systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience with trade, business processes, supply chain, risk management, and logistics
GTS, ACE, tariff impact, FTA duty agreements and import and export for North America
Strong knowledge of import compliance, export control, sanctions, and customs rules and regulations
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external authorities
Experience in training and advising teams on trade compliance topics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
Leadership and people development experience
Willingness to travel as required
