About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading CPQ-system and sales process development
- Owning end-to-end delivery, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, and governance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product data, pricing, sales, R&D)
- Leading and engaging a team of experts and external partners
- Contributing hands-on to service design, architecture, solution engineering and continuous improvement
- Ensuring high quality, reliability, and consistency across systems and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in hands-on sales process development through CPQ
- M.Sc. (preferably) or B.Sc. degree from a relevant field, such as industrial management, information management, software development, electrical engineering, etc.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with service and concept designing within manufacturing industry, software development in the context of process development, product data architecture, modularization, project management, software development technologies and databases.
