About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparing and leading sourcing and tender processes, including all required documentation
Identifying, selecting, and developing new suppliers
Managing and developing relationships with existing suppliers, including supplier evaluation and support for ongoing collaboration
Negotiating commercial terms with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery reliability
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize material costs and improve supply chain efficiency
Supporting supplier audits
Identifying and implementing cost-saving projects and other continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting and close cooperation with other departments
Working with the SAP ERP system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Communicative level of English and Czech, enabling daily communication and negotiations with suppliers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is considered an advantage
Process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong execution skills
Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
Previous experience in strategic purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
