About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish global time & attendance processes while intelligently navigating local country deviations
- Drive impactful T&A transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for key solutions
- Lead system implementations—from establishing testing methodologies to identifying critical change management activities
- Bridge business, HR, and IS teams to eliminate friction and unlock process efficiencies
- Design and monitor KPIs that empower HR to proactively identify compliance risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 5–8+ years' experience in HR processes and/or transformation initiatives
- Strong background designing global HR tool functionalities and standardized processes
- Expert-level experience with Workday interfaces and system enhancements
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to work flexibly across global time zones
- Openness to travel for workshops and key project milestones
