About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation of the service strategy and ensure service growth across Business Line, globally
  • Lead proactive sales development and growth initiatives for high potential installed base
  • Define long-term sales plans, targets and competence development needs
  • Success is measured by targets follow-up, customer engagement and building long-term relationship with key accounts
  • Collaborate across organizational levels and divisions to achieve business results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical or business degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical, service, or sales role in an international organization
  • Understanding of heavy industry B2B business, preferably from motors and generators, rotating equipment and related after sales activities
  • Solid track record from stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Fluency in English
