About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth in the Polish market by building strategic partnerships and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the Polish market organization for the Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions.
  • Craft and steer the divisional strategy at national level to accelerate business growth and expand market share.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize team structure, processes, and ways of working.
  • Drive business success by establishing and tracking key performance targets and optimizing sales volume.
  • Coach, develop and motivate a result-driven sales & marketing team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in business administration or engineering (master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of 5+ years leadership experience managing and developing large sales or commercial organizations (50+ employees)
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish market and an established network across relevant customer segments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to engage your team, customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to optimize and motivate cross-functional high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on innovation and developing new markets.
  • Analytical and self-driven to use data and digital tools to optimize sales processes and performance.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally, when required.
