Sales Manager – DACH, Consumer Industries
ABBSales Manager leading front-end sales initiatives within ABB's Robotics business in the DACH region. Focusing on customer engagement across direct and indirect channels while implementing strategic sales approaches.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Adapt and implement the sales strategy for the assigned territory
- Lead, develop, and coach a field-based sales organization
- Drive sales development through the definition and execution of a regional sales strategy
- Operate in a multi-channel sales environment
- Manage front-end sales activities across direct and indirect channels
- Represent the DACH region in coordination with global stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
- Experience with front-end sales methodologies and stakeholder-focused sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in German and English (French and Italian are a plus)
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% within the DACH region
- Valid driver's license for use in the DACH region and authorization to work where required
