Key responsibilities & impact

Support payroll transition activities for assigned countries
Support payroll implementation projects through testing and data validation
Ensure transition deliverables and process controls are complete and accurate
Identify process gaps during post-acquisition integration and drive standardizations
Act as a primary partner to ABB Robotics local teams for cross-functional projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years of hands-on payroll experience supporting respective regions
Proven track record in a Shared Services (SSC) environment using a Global Vendor/Outsourced model
Strong proficiency in Workday (HCM/Time and system integrations)
Advanced ability to reconcile complex datasets and perform deep-dive audits on gross-to-net calculations
Resilience in the face of change and a consultative approach to vendor management
