About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy and lead the quality strategy for a local organizational unit.
- Drive the local quality system through prevention, continuous improvement, and robust root cause analysis.
- Coordinate the efforts of local functions that impact the quality results.
- Achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.
- Ensure necessary certification requirements are met throughout the organization.
- Establish closed-loop feedback from product development to customer experience.
- Resolve cases with root cause analysis and promote zero-defect vision.
- Execute compliance and improvement programs through audits, data analytics, and preventive actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline like engineering or quality management.
- 5+ years of working experience within quality or operations.
- Proven experience in process management and quality assurance roles in a global Engineering environment (working with manufacturing companies is preferred).
- Knowledge of quality management standards e.g. ISO9001.
- Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills, results-oriented, speed in execution, openness and listening to others.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
