About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply IT knowledge and expertise to manage and support complex Enterprise telephony solutions and Teams Meeting rooms solutions.
Provide implementation expertise and delivery of Teams telephony and Teams Meeting Rooms.
Demonstrate experience with powershell commands & scripting.
Optimize voice communication within Microsoft Teams.
Ensure optimal functionality and user experience of voice services and video conferencing.
Monitor and enhance Quality of Service (QoS) for voice calls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar degree.
+6 years of experience with Teams Enterprise Telephony, Teams Meeting Rooms design and support skills.
Experience with Cisco Call manager would be a bonus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in managing enterprise deployments across different countries.
Advanced English Level.
