About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply IT knowledge and expertise to manage and support complex Enterprise telephony solutions and Teams Meeting rooms solutions.
- Provide implementation expertise and delivery of Teams telephony and Teams Meeting Rooms.
- Demonstrate experience with powershell commands & scripting.
- Optimize voice communication within Microsoft Teams.
- Ensure optimal functionality and user experience of voice services and video conferencing.
- Monitor and enhance Quality of Service (QoS) for voice calls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar degree.
- +6 years of experience with Teams Enterprise Telephony, Teams Meeting Rooms design and support skills.
- Experience with Cisco Call manager would be a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing enterprise deployments across different countries.
- Advanced English Level.
