About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive U.S. sub‑transmission market expansion by developing new utility/EPC/OEM opportunities, shaping go‑to‑market plans, and securing product homologation.
  • Act as the primary technical interface, leading configuration discussions, advanced feature evaluations, and pre‑sales solution design.
  • Ensure IEEE/ANSI compliance, represent the company in industry bodies, and help shape evolving technical specifications.
  • Build strategic ecosystem relationships while channeling customer insights to guide product evolution, digital integration, and sustainable SF6‑free technology adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in high voltage equipment, preferably with circuit breakers or other key substation components.
  • Deep understanding of sub-transmission applications and utility processes in the US.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, product management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with vacuum interrupter technology and SF6-free solutions/regulation.
  • Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI standards for high-voltage products.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% - domestic and international - may be required.
