Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Commercial Excellence & Pricing across Regional HUBs, Global Business Lines, and Local Businesses
  • Define and drive the global Commercial Excellence framework
  • Improve quote-to-cash and tender governance processes
  • Establish and enforce global pricing governance
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Over 10 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or commercial excellence
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC/CPQ)
  • Advanced analytics tools experience such as margin analytics, BI dashboards, and elasticity modeling
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
