About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide agile teams and facilitate collaboration using agile methodologies
- Work with two teams in parallel
- Ensure understanding of scrum framework
- Elevate the team to a high-performing level
- Facilitate team-level scrum events
- Coach, inspire, train, and mentor teams
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs
- Remove impediments and blockers for team progress
- Promote a collaborative team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Motivation to work in an Agile, dynamic workplace
- Leading and earning trust within teams
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Ability to promote positive team dynamics & collaboration
- Risk management and conflict resolution skills
- Communication in Italian and English
