Own a complete business outcome — a Value Stream — end-to-end on SAP ECC core.
Design, build, and run improvements preparing the ECC landscape for S/4HANA.
Recruit and lead a small, senior squad (Finance, Sales/Order-to-Cash, Developer).
Comply with statutory, financial, and platform constraints.
Prepare SAP ECC for S/4HANA and ship high-impact improvements now.
Own support and continuous improvements to a value stream in S4 post-go-live.
Bridge functional configuration with code for SAP Supply Chain & Logistics close to manufacturing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain & Logistics — MM, IM, PP, and LE/WM.
Highly skilled in SAP S/4HANA, with practical implementation experience.
Demonstrated track record of extreme ownership — owning a measurable outcome end to end.
Passionate about learning and intellectually honest.
Innovative around AI-native ways of working.
At ease communicating in English across different audiences.
