Key responsibilities & impact

Define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project.
Decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.) and align with stakeholders.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality.
Communicate appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support.
Manage stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
Define all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
Use knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an asset.
At least 5 years Project Management experience in IT (waterfall or agile)
Superior business acumen including industry trends and market innovations, and how other organizations are using them to drive digital business.
Knowledge of Project Management tools & processes
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills; proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
Customer focused.
Self organized and structured, strong sense of ownership and accountability.
