Talent Sourcer, Automation
ABBTalent Sourcer optimizing ABB's Talent Acquisition function for US Automation divisions. Sourcing and screening candidates while working closely with HR and hiring managers in a hybrid model.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize the company's overall Talent Acquisition function by working closely with HR Business Partner (HRBPs) and hiring managers.
- Source, attract, and pre-screen candidates.
- Provide a pipeline of qualified candidates for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates; build and maintain a talent pool of passive and active candidates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers based on market research.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and report on sourcing metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 4+years’ professional HR experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, sales representative, or related role
- Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
- Comfort with communicating with varying experience levels
- Knowledge in MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
