About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategy and shape integrated solutions portfolio through innovative offering development
- Conduct solution-focused market intelligence and portfolio gap analysis
- Define integrated solution specifications, value propositions, pricing strategies, and business plans for current and new solutions
- Manage the complete solution lifecycle from introduction to phase-out
- Drive solution-based market communication strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 - 7+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, and market-driven solution portfolio development
- Skilled in solution management, customer needs analysis, and integrated portfolio lifecycle management
- Experience with low voltage electrification solutions or technology solutions
- Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or management engineering
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, Italian, French) are a plus
