About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops and executes strategic account plans, including sales targets, growth goals, and executive relationship strategies.
- Builds strong, long‑term customer relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for issues, claims, and coordinated support.
- Drives sales of products, solutions, and services with a focus on volume, profitability, and creating added value across business units.
- Maintains deep insight into customer needs, competitive activity, and market dynamics to shape effective sales strategies and responses.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and/or Marketing.
- Sales/Business Development experience working with clients in the utilities and/or energy markets.
- Strong customer relationship skills is a must; Exceptional analytical skills and leadership abilities.
- Existing customer relationships preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in United States.
