About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help shape the strategic positioning and launch of innovative products in close partnership with Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams across the organization.
- Manage and coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities throughout the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Run ongoing product marketing initiatives, campaigns and messaging activities to ensure clear and compelling communication of customer value propositions.
- Develop launch plans, annual marketing calendars and prioritization strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Act as a collaborative bridge between R&D, Sales and Marketing, ensuring transparent communication, stakeholder alignment and effective project execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related strategic marketing role within an industrial or technology-driven environment.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear communication and storytelling capabilities, including the ability to translate complex technical topics into customer-oriented messaging.
- Experience developing product positioning, value propositions and sales enablement materials such as presentations, brochures and launch assets.
- Collaborative mindset combined with confidence, initiative and the ability to question ideas constructively when needed.
- Effective analytical thinking and the ability to identify market needs, trends and strategic opportunities.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
