About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business HR to steer the HR workstream across global M&A transactions
- Provide strategic advice and hands-on expertise across the M&A lifecycle
- Advise business HRs about the M&A process and priorities
- Support the creation of workplans, timelines, and budget planning
- Advise on retention, performance, and key talent strategies
- Ensure HR M&A activities adhere to ABB global policies and requirements
- Oversee HR specialty areas as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- HR generalist with strong, strategic and hands-on M&A experience
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their application in M&A environments
- Strong project management capabilities in complex, global settings
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior and diverse stakeholders
- Business-driven and pragmatic with strong business acumen
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Fluent in English
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools
