About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers
Identify opportunities in the installed base to improve system performance and operational performance
Plan and execute service work as per customer order and expectations
Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and communicating service work timeline and expectations
Coach technicians and engineers and supervise complex site activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 to 10 years of experience in drives or industrial automation service engineering
Extensive knowledge of ABB drives / VFD drives or industrial automation
Experience of ACS6000, LV/MV switchboard, VFD Service ABB products installation & commissioning
Engineering Degree B.E/BTech- EEC, Electrical, Electronics or Diploma in engineering in any specialization required
Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
