About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project manage Automation Business Area flagship positioning programs and campaigns from planning through launch to post-launch optimization
- Build and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, dependencies, budgets and approval pathways
- Lead regular check-ins, capture decisions, and keep teams on track
- Coordinate external partners and vendors, including briefs, delivery milestones, review cycles, and budget/invoicing support in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear and structured documentation across all programs, including briefs, scripts, distribution plans, and performance summaries
- Ensure alignment and visibility of key activities across the Business Area and Divisions
- Establish clear reporting for each program and drive a data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, marketing or a related field
- Experience coordinating communications or content production workflows
- Strong operational discipline and editorial judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
