About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a small team responsible for global purchasing and logistics execution
- Ensure cost-efficient, high-quality, and reliable supply of products
- Drive supplier strategy, performance, and development across regions
- Define and execute the AMR supply chain strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
- Own supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) including KPIs
- Deliver cost savings and risk reduction
- Drive procurement governance and planning
- Lead and develop a small team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within a global, matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, S&OP, ERP systems (SAP), and demand planning methodologies
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and supply chain analytics tools proficiency
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic mindset
- Fluent in English, additional European and/or Asian languages are a plus
