About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division
- Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
- At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries
- Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow
- At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project
- Strong learning ability
- Customer orientation
- Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity
- Result driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork.
