About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acting as a Business Analyst across the entire IAM domain, supporting multiple streams including process optimization, IGA, UAM, PAM, and CIAM
  • Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for IAM-related initiatives
  • Driving process analysis, improvement, and standardization across IAM services
  • Creating and maintain high-quality documentation (process flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
  • Working with policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment between business processes and governance requirements
  • Collaborating with the IAM Compliance team to support audits, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that IAM processes and solutions adhere to internal policies and external compliance standards
  • Managing and refining product backlogs in Azure DevOps, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business needs
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions
  • Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Working closely with reporting teams to ensure availability, consistency, and traceability of IAM data and metrics
  • Managing multiple parallel activities (“multi-threading”) while maintaining quality and timelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven, strong experience as a Business Analyst (BA), preferably in Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts and domains, including IGA, UAM, PAM & CIAM
  • Experience working with policies, standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management and requirements tracking
  • Strong skills in requirements engineering, documentation, and process modeling
  • Ability to work with technical teams and understand basic technical concepts and system integrations
  • Experience in supporting or coordinating projects up to medium size
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with data and reporting concepts, with the ability to ensure data quality and traceability
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
