About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant field, equivalent work experience will be considered
- 7 or more years’ demonstrated sales, business development and account management experience within the lighting industry, with experience in Emergency lighting
- Proven experience working in a highly technical sales team with an emphasis on Fire and Safety codes
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings/schematic diagrams/single line drawings in div 26 specifications and plans
- You are at ease communicating in small and large groups while presenting
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- You hold current LC certification valid in the US.
