About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the execution of medium-size projects.
- Ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.
- Lead project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet committed project results.
- Establish project execution approach and oversee planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish project goals.
- Monitor and control project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, manage project risk, and ensure all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer in accordance with the contract.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in the Electrical, Automation or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Automation industry executing and or managing complex Automation and or Electrical projects , working as an engineer or project manager.
- Experienced with highly technical projects and the Power and Water or Oil and Gas market.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of portfolio & strategy, project finance & cost, HSE management, knowledge management & task management.
