About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver reliable and accurate HR support across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Ensure accurate payroll validation and smooth collaboration with the outsourced payroll provider.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, policies, benefits, and leave requests.
- Support conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Establish regulations for the ‘Labor-Management Council’ and facilitate meetings and foster constructive workplace relations.
- Administer performance review cycles, guide goal setting, and ensure deadlines.
- Maintain HRIS data, employee files, and generate HR reports.
- Validate payroll data, coordinate with providers, and address pay/benefit queries.
- Manage statutory four major insurances and retirement pension plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and company policies.
- Post job ads, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring documentation.
- Organize onboarding and ensure smooth integration for new recruits.
- Schedule training sessions, maintain records, and assess effectiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Business‑level English communication (verbal and written) is required, with native fluency in Korean
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is preferred.
