About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver reliable and accurate HR support across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Ensure accurate payroll validation and smooth collaboration with the outsourced payroll provider.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, policies, benefits, and leave requests.
  • Support conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Establish regulations for the ‘Labor-Management Council’ and facilitate meetings and foster constructive workplace relations.
  • Administer performance review cycles, guide goal setting, and ensure deadlines.
  • Maintain HRIS data, employee files, and generate HR reports.
  • Validate payroll data, coordinate with providers, and address pay/benefit queries.
  • Manage statutory four major insurances and retirement pension plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and company policies.
  • Post job ads, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring documentation.
  • Organize onboarding and ensure smooth integration for new recruits.
  • Schedule training sessions, maintain records, and assess effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business‑level English communication (verbal and written) is required, with native fluency in Korean
  • Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is preferred.
