About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively oversee the litigation portfolio within EMEA and APAC
- Conduct early risk assessments and develop litigation strategies
- Enhance EL's litigation management framework
- Guide EL Legal & Integrity team members on best dispute and claims management practices
- Support government investigations related to EL activities in EMEA and APAC
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10+ years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in complex litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited institution
- Prior private practice employment including first chair trial responsibility
- Multiple years of managing law firm and/or in-house legal counsel
- Must speak English
