About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direction, governance and senior oversight for the evolution of Motion FP&A processes
- Lead the Motion FP&A transition to new Management Reporting and Group Reporting processes
- Ensure business requirements are clear, relevant and value adding
- Coordinate and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Act as a back‑up for Planning activities when needed
- Serve as the senior coordination point between Group FP&A and Group Controlling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in finance or equivalent
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience demonstrating mastery in FP&A, finance transformation, and enterprise systems
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency with modern finance technology ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Power BI, advanced analytics platforms)
- Prior exposure to ABB technological landscape including key SAP/ERPs & systems
