Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation of the defined global manufacturing footprint strategy and roadmap aligned with business line objectives
Manage end-to-end program execution, including planning, governance, resource alignment, and delivery oversight
Drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Quality
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks (e.g., geopolitical, regulatory, financial, technical)
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards across all regions
Monitor program performance, including financials (costs, cash flow, ROI) and operational KPIs
Establish and enforce standardized processes, policies, and best practices across the manufacturing network
Lead and develop a network of regional project managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in global program or project management within manufacturing or operations environments
Strong expertise in risk management, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams
Solid understanding of global manufacturing operations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and operational policies
Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience preferred
Strong strategic thinking, change management, and communication skills; multilingual capability is a plus
