About the role
- Drive profitable growth initiatives across multiple market segments facing business lines
- Foster a customer focused, continuous quality improvement culture
- Lead the Robotics EE Cluster including the direct management of the Industries Business Line
- Provide guidance and oversight for business lines in the Cluster
- Develop and implement the Cluster strategy aligning with global strategy
- Ensure integrated commercial success of the organization to drive growth and market share
Requirements
- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a technical or process leadership role
- Minimum 10 years managing full cycle business in the automation industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing in a matrix environment, including global organizations
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel, including globally as needed
