Key responsibilities & impact

Drive profitable growth initiatives across multiple market segments facing business lines
Foster a customer focused, continuous quality improvement culture
Lead the Robotics EE Cluster including the direct management of the Industries Business Line
Provide guidance and oversight for business lines in the Cluster
Develop and implement the Cluster strategy aligning with global strategy
Ensure integrated commercial success of the organization to drive growth and market share

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent
Minimum 15 years of experience in a technical or process leadership role
Minimum 10 years managing full cycle business in the automation industry
Minimum 10 years of experience managing in a matrix environment, including global organizations
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel, including globally as needed
