About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establishing contact with clients and building as well as maintaining long-term relationships in the assigned region of central-eastern Poland.
  • Achieving budget targets for individual medium-voltage (MV) system solutions and MV equipment.
  • Planning, forecasting, and reporting sales based on customer needs and requirements.
  • Taking responsibility for the sales process at every stage, including preparing technical and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and handing over awarded contracts for execution.
  • Promoting the offered portfolio at industry conferences and trade fairs, as well as providing technical advice and support to customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher technical education – preferably Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or Energy Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with MV and HV (medium- and high-voltage) solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand modern technologies and technical solutions.
  • Proactive approach to solving technical issues.
  • Independence and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business (approximately 75% of working time).
  • Fluent Polish and communicative level of English.
