About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establishing contact with clients and building as well as maintaining long-term relationships in the assigned region of central-eastern Poland.
- Achieving budget targets for individual medium-voltage (MV) system solutions and MV equipment.
- Planning, forecasting, and reporting sales based on customer needs and requirements.
- Taking responsibility for the sales process at every stage, including preparing technical and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and handing over awarded contracts for execution.
- Promoting the offered portfolio at industry conferences and trade fairs, as well as providing technical advice and support to customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher technical education – preferably Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or Energy Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with MV and HV (medium- and high-voltage) solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand modern technologies and technical solutions.
- Proactive approach to solving technical issues.
- Independence and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Category B driving license.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business (approximately 75% of working time).
- Fluent Polish and communicative level of English.
