About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the employee lifecycle for regional clusters - DACH
- Lead the administrative execution of key employee events: Onboarding, Employee Changes, Offboarding
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday business processes
- Partner with local brokers for benefits administration
- Assist Total Rewards team during annual cycles
- Ensure compliance with local labor law requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services
- Prior HR experience in the DACH Region
- Advanced experience in Workday HCM
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and how HR data impacts Payroll and Benefits
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, transitions or carve-outs
- Ability to explain complex HR policies or system requirements
