About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver engaging online lessons using our Unified Presentations, based on the Neuromath program, which integrates mental arithmetic, foundational mathematics, and cognitive skill development through a neuro-informed teaching approach.
- Meet the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- Provide timely feedback and assessment to students to monitor their progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and enhance the curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest e-learning technologies and incorporate them into lessons.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to address any concerns or questions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching in an online or remote setting.
- Proficient in using online learning platforms and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Available to work from 15:00 to 20:00 (Romanian time)
