About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the migration of regulatory data from applications, legacy systems and Health Authority websites into specific platforms
  • Review, organise, and validate data for completeness and accuracy
  • Perform data entry while maintaining high levels of quality and consistency
  • Compare source documents against migrated records and identify discrepancies
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and project guidelines
  • Escalate data inconsistencies or issues to the project team when identified
  • Maintain accurate records of completed activities and project progress
  • Participate in project meetings and training sessions
  • Collaborate effectively with Regulatory Affairs colleagues and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling company and regulatory information
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality or project efficiency
  • Other tasks: Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager / Senior Specialist; Participating in projects regarding the optimization of processes, systems, improvements; Participate in professional training and mandatory meetings related to the position; Participate in National & EU association meetings, as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme
  • Available to work for up to six-month duration
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Comfortable learning/using new digital systems and software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong self-organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently after training
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Reliability and accountability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office: Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas), Word and Outlook
