About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain.
- Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision-makers.
- Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes.
- Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
- Coordinating access and onboarding processes for partners and customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Experience in cardiac surgery and/or in hospital surgical environments
- Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access, or related roles
- Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hospital environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Spanish as your native language or fluent Spanish skills, both written and spoken
- Your English skills should be fluent, and you should be willing to use them professionally
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital systems.
