About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of our Learning Management System, Abacus Academy, and help ensure a seamless learning experience for colleagues across the organisation.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to turn learning needs and ideas into effective digital learning solutions.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for questions related to learning systems and digital learning tools.
  • Create and develop engaging digital learning content and e-learning modules together with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Support and continuously improve our global onboarding experience and learning catalogue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience and system adoption, and help drive those improvements forward.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Around 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Technologies, HR Systems, Digital Learning, HR Operations, IT Support or a similar field.
  • An interest in digital tools, systems and learning technologies.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems or other digital platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • German and/or Hungarian language skills are an advantage, but not required.
  • Experience with Articulate 360, Vyond or similar content creation tools is a plus.
