About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of applied AI and GenAI capabilities across our products, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and AI-driven data solutions
Design, build, and operate end-to-end ML/AI pipelines—from experimentation to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Create scalable backend systems, observability, and evaluation frameworks that power GenAI across the company
Collaborate with AI, data, platform, and product teams to deliver AI solutions that meaningfully improve customer outcomes
Influence architecture and technical direction while mentoring engineers and raising the bar for engineering excellence
Drive innovation while balancing delivery, quality, and operational stability in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science with demonstrated depth in applied AI and large-scale systems, or relevant professional experience.
7–10 years of software and data engineering experience, including 3–5 years building ML/AI or GenAI systems
2 Years of experience with Databricks and modern data/AI platforms
Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, MCP, and modern AI evaluation techniques
Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience designing scalable, distributed systems for data-intensive workloads
A track record of leading complex projects, influencing technical decisions, and mentoring engineers
A passion for building reliable, high-quality AI systems with real-world impact
