About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of Abacum implementation projects from pre-sales scoping through kickoff and delivery
Partner with Sales to scope projects, size effort, present SOWs, and set expectations before deals close
Build project documents, sprint plans, budgets, and resource plans
Manage implementations delivered directly to customers and through third-party partners
Manage scope, risk, and change control, escalating early through governance processes
Advise client stakeholders on process and organizational changes needed to realize platform value
Coordinate with Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and delivery partners
Develop sufficient product and FP&A expertise to unblock platform and FP&A questions
Develop and deploy AI to accelerate delivery and improve customer experience
Refine templates, sprint cadences, design practices, and delivery methodology
Mentor junior delivery team members and partner-side consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform
Experience scoping projects pre-sale and presenting SOWs directly to clients
Direct experience managing implementations delivered through third-party partners or resellers and directly to customers
Working knowledge of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation
Working knowledge of workforce planning and other planning use cases is a bonus
Track record managing multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects with technical and change-management components
Ability to critically review scope documents and flag risks early
Proficiency with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies
Excellent client-facing communication and ability to present to and influence senior finance stakeholders
Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement
English at a bilingual level is required
Experience or knowledge in Excel, BI tools, and coding languages such as SQL and Python
