About the role

  • Execute standard implementation packages while training client teams to ensure autonomy by go-live
  • Manage communication with client Project Managers and 'Co-builders'
  • Design and build financial models including Revenue Forecasting, Headcount Planning, Expense Forecasting, and 3-Statement models
  • Oversee client data systems integration into the Abacum platform
  • Address specific client challenges such as manual journal entry manipulations and cost allocation issues
  • Mentor junior team members to help them ramp faster and spot implementation issues early

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5+ years recommended) in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Consulting
  • Expertise in Excel financial modeling with the ability to translate complex logic into scalable systems
  • Comfortable communicating complexity in simple terms to multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and CRM/ERPs (Salesforce, NetSuite) is a plus
  • Self-starter capable of responding to problems independently and managing project timelines/resources effectively
