Chief Marketing Officer

• Full accountability for Abacum’s direct pipeline generation execution, partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships and Product to drive Abacum’s efficient growth strategy.
• Build and scale a high-performing Marketing and Allbound function, including KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, team structure and agile processes, all with a clear alignment to ARR goals.
• Run a disciplined, experimentation-driven growth engine with an analytics and ROI mindset. The goal is to identify the key levers to double down on and to optimize conversion across the funnel to increase ARR with efficiency.
• Enable Partnerships and Sales teams both in the US and EMEA to increase their conversion rates and ultimately ARR - including marketing assets, campaigns, events, initiatives, training and coaching.
• Own brand, content, messaging, and community-building, ensuring fast execution and delivery of campaigns and assets with consistency in tone and excellence.
