About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress and make data-based clinical decisions
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure ethical, clinically sound, and high-quality service delivery
- Focus on clients while administrative and clinical teams support staffing, scheduling, intake, authorizations, credentialing, billing, and recruitment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current Missouri behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, skill-acquisition programming, and behavior-reduction procedures
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experienced and newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
