About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of customers, maximizing expansion while minimizing churn
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty
- Drive customer engagement, adoption, and performance by providing strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization
- Lead workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience
- Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management for SaaS companies
- Confidence in customer consulting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans
- Eagerness to proactively drive customer success, foster adoption, and contribute to business growth
