About the role

  • Own and manage full sales cycles across mid-market accounts
  • Drive deals ranging from $25,000 to $500,000+ in annual revenue
  • Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, including HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
  • Lead consultative conversations that connect screening, compliance, and HCM strategy
  • Partner with internal teams and external HCM ecosystem partners to create new opportunities
  • Consistently move deals through pipeline stages to Contract Sent and Closed Won

Requirements

  • Experience in HCM, SaaS, or background screening sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable leading executive-level conversations
  • Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS ecosystems
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Ability to sell outcomes and business impact, not just features
  • Skilled at creating urgency and reframing how prospects think about their current approach
